DAMAGED ITEM RETURN PROCESS
If an item is DAMAGED, please email us at email@example.com with pictures WITHIN 24 Hours of delivery and save original packaging!
To return an item that arrived damaged, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. After receiving authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
After receiving your damaged item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

● RETURNS, EXCHANGES and CANCELLATIONS are allowed in rare circumstances and at the discretion of Cloud Culture Gallery!
● If a return or cancellation is accepted they are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee!
● Packaging will be Discreet and come from TSMP and have Fragile Stickers.
● Orders will usually ship same day, if not they will ship within 24-48 Hours after the purchase, excluding Holidays and Weekends!
